This platform provides SaaS event and team management tools. After a trial period, a subscription may be required to continue using certain features.
2. Account management
You must provide accurate information during registration and keep your login credentials secure.
Important: You are responsible for all activities performed with your account. Do not share your credentials with third parties.
3. Free trial and subscriptions
Free tier
New users have access to a free tier with limited features: 1 event, 1 user, basic functionality.
Paid plans
To access advanced features, you must subscribe to a paid plan. Plans can be upgraded or downgraded at any time.
4. Plans and pricing
Starter - €9/month: Basic features for individuals getting started.
Premium - €39/month: Advanced features for growing teams.
Agency - €49/month: Solutions for agencies and wedding planners with more events and collaborators.
We reserve the right to apply fair use policies on anomalous usage to ensure fair service to all users.
5. Data and GDPR
You are responsible for the data you store on the platform. We act as a Data Processor on your behalf.
Use of the service requires compliance with applicable data protection laws.

It is prohibited to use the service for: sending spam or unauthorized communications, illegal activities or violations of others' rights, uploading offensive or illegal content, attempts to circumvent technical limits or unauthorized access.
7. Third-party services
The service relies on external providers for hosting, email, analytics and logging. We are not responsible for services we do not directly control.
8. Warranties and liability limitations
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
Limitation of liability: Within legal limits, our total liability is limited to fees paid in the last 12 months. Indirect or special damages are excluded except in cases of willful misconduct.
9. Suspension and termination of service

We may suspend or terminate the account for serious violations of Terms, missed payments or security risks.
• By you
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. The service will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
10. Updates to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. In case of substantial changes, we will provide advance notice via email.
11. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Italian law. For non-consumer clients, the courts of Milan (Italy) shall have exclusive jurisdiction. For consumer clients under the Italian Consumer Code, the court of the consumer's place of residence or domicile remains competent.
