About us

We love parties.
Not spreadsheets.

Ceremly was born in 2026, in Milan, out of a wedding organized with spreadsheets, voice notes and calls to the mother-in-law.

The idea came from a wedding: three days before the party, the caterer called with three different numbers on three different sheets. The invitations had been beautiful. The guest list, a nightmare. You wonder why in 2026 you can book a flight in two minutes, but not know how many uncles are coming to lunch.

So Ceremly was built: digital invitations that hold their own next to paper ones, and a reply form anyone can use — no app, no account, no explaining over the phone. Today it's in beta, small by choice, growing one event at a time.

Three things we believe in

One problem only
No gift registries, no albums, no showcase sites. Ceremly answers one question — who's coming? — and that's it. What we don't do is a choice, not a gap.
The data belongs to the hosts
Guest lists are never sold, profiled, or fed into ads. EU servers, full export anytime, real deletion when you ask for it.
Made in Italy
Italian events, Italian etiquette, Italian e-invoicing. We build for how people celebrate here: big families, late confirmations and long lunches.
